  • At Holbrook Home Solutions, building a trusting relationship with our customers, is a top priority. Our team members go through rigorous background checks and training, to ensure top quality people are coming into your homes. We pay our employees a livable salary with potential for growth within our company. In doing this, we have a low employee turnover.

  • Our standard cleaning includes vacuuming, mopping and light dusting. We disinfect the bathrooms and the kitchen.

  • We include everything that is in our standard clean, plus a little more TLC. We scrub buildup in the bathroom and kitchen. We wipe baseboards in the bathroom, window ledges, doors, door frames, banisters/ handrails. We wipe the front of cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen.

  • We advise all of our customers to get a deep clean to start then standard cleanings to maintain. If you have not had a professional service done within 30 days then you should book a deep clean first.

  • We advise a deep cleaning to start then standard cleans biweekly. In doing this, it makes it easier or us to maintain your home.

  • “Add-ons” are things we don’t include in our services but offer at an extra cost. Our add-ons include:

    -Extra rooms (office/dens)

    -Inside fridge

    -Inside oven

    -Inside cabinets

    -Interior windows

    -Wet wipe blinds

    -Wet wipe baseboards

    -Laundry & folding

    -Dishes

  • It depends on the cleaning that you booked and how big your house is. It can be anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours.

  • Pre-cleaning is something you do the day before your scheduled service. You want to make sure you tidy up your space so that we can focus on cleaning.
